Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy is 100% on the day or 50% with more than 24hrs notice. If we re-let the complete booking there will be an administration fee of £20.00 for refunds and the remainder will be refunded less the card charge for refunding by streamline. Cancellation policy is charged for all the nights booked. Any damages may be chargeable.
Transaction charges: Please note we pass on the transaction charges as follows:
• Debit Cards: 3.5% per transaction
• Personal credit cards: 3.5% and
• Business credit cards 4.5%
These charges will be added to your reservation. This gives our guests the choice of how they wish to pay.
Identification: Due to increased credit/debit card fraud we require you, on arrival, to sign in with proof of identity and the card details provided at the time of booking.
Utility Bills are inclusive under "Reasonable use" Any excessive usage will be chargeable. Wifi is available, however the management are not to be held responsible for the signal strength of your own devises.
Non Smoking Policy - Homelea Cottage is strictly non smoking. This policy includes all rooms. In the event that you or any member of your party smoke in any part of the premises we reserve the right to charge you £300.00 for specialist cleaning to make the Cottage fit as a non smoking environment and reserve the right to ask you to immediately vacate the premises - no refund will be given.
Damage Policy - If you, or any member of your party, damage any bedding or linen, we reserve the right to charge you for specialist cleaning and or replacement of any bedding or linen. If you or any members of your party cause any damage to the Cottage interiors, room interiors or soft furnishings, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repair of any such damage. All policies will be debited via the card held to reserve the room on booking.
Please remove all outside shoes when entering the cottage.
All items and furniture in the cottage is the property of Homelea. We reserve the right to charge you the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture removed from the premises.
